2.00-4.30 pm As usual,the meeting started with doa.Then,Puan Mazinah gave welcoming remarks. Before this,Prof Dr Jafri Malin Abdullah gave us,some tasks. Each group has asked by him to do some researches about certain functions of brain.So,on that day we have to present the tasks. He praised us for our nice works.Thank you prof ! ♥ While we presented our tasks,he helped us by explaining more about that topic. Thus,we surely can understand the functions of some parts of brain such as parietal lobe,frontal lobe,temporal lobe,cerebellum and many more.
Prof Dr Jafri is giving some positive comment to the representer of Brainstem's task.

In cerebrum five lobes are present to control specific activities. 1. Occipital lobe…Visual reception
2. Temporal lobe…Auditory reception
3. Parietal lobe……Perception of general sensation like touch, smell, temperature and conscious association.
4. Frontal lobe……Muscular activities, both voluntary and involuntary. It also includes speech, thought and memory etc.

okay,after all of groups finished presenting their tasks,prof asked us to get ready to do some surgery on goat's brain.
Two students are busy observing and studying the structures of goat's brain. It's really fun,you know !
Puan Hjh Jizah bt Ripin is asking the members about something as the observer of co-curriculum activities
Senior Assistant of Co-Curricular - En. Ahmad bin Tajab was so concerned with the implementation of co-curricular activities. Although he is busy, he had also visited the activities of the group presentation about the structure of the brain.

Neuroscience Club
Neuroscience club of Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra Science School was established in 2010. The club is a club under the management of the club Neuroscience Universiti Sains Malaysia. Prof. Dr. Hj. Jafri Malin Abdullah is the president of this club. Our school is one - only neuroscience official club under Universiti Sains Malaysia. Mrs. Mazinah an advisory teacher for the club official. Generally this club is a club of like brain nerve cord. Members of this club have got numerous opportunities to explore the world of science through participation in this club. Various activities were held throughout the year.
